Contract Number: MC21-S04
Contract Term: October 1, 2026 – September 30, 2031

BuzzClan has been awarded the MHEC MC21-S04 – Staffing and Executive Search Services contract, providing eligible member organizations with access to staffing and recruitment services through MHEC’s cooperative purchasing program.

Colleges, universities, K–12 school districts, municipalities, libraries, and other eligible educational and public-sector organizations across Connecticut, Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Rhode Island, and Vermont can engage BuzzClan through this contract for their workforce needs.

With more than 13 years of experience supporting educational institutions, state agencies, municipalities, and other public-sector organizations, BuzzClan combines recruitment expertise, a nationwide talent network, dedicated account management, and structured recruitment processes to help organizations address their hiring needs.

Staffing Services Available Through the MHEC Contract

Through this contract, eligible MHEC members can access three staffing and recruitment service categories from BuzzClan.

1. Temporary Staffing

Meet short-term staffing needs and changing workforce demands with qualified temporary professionals.

BuzzClan helps organizations identify talent to support operational requirements, manage resource gaps, and maintain workforce continuity.

2. Executive Search

Identify and recruit experienced professionals for executive and senior-level positions.

BuzzClan supports organizations through structured executive search processes designed to identify leadership talent aligned with their institutional needs and organizational objectives.

3. Direct Placement

Find qualified candidates for permanent positions through direct placement and direct-hire recruitment services.

BuzzClan helps organizations identify, evaluate, and recruit professionals whose skills and experience align with their specific role requirements.

Who Can Use the MHEC Staffing Contract?

The MHEC MC21-S04 contract is available to eligible member organizations across six New England states:

  • Connecticut
  • Maine
  • Massachusetts
  • New Hampshire
  • Rhode Island
  • Vermont

Eligible organizations include:

  • Colleges and Universities: Public, private, and nonprofit higher education institutions.
  • K–12 School Districts: Eligible educational institutions and school districts.
  • Technical and Vocational Schools: Not-for-profit technical, charter, and vocational institutions.
  • Municipalities and Libraries: Municipal organizations and public libraries.
  • Other Educational Organizations: Other organizations that meet MHEC’s membership eligibility requirements.

Organizations that are not currently MHEC members but meet the applicable membership criteria may have the opportunity to join MHEC before finalizing a purchase.

Important: Contract access is intended for eligible institutional organizations. The contract offer is not extended to individual faculty members, staff, or students.

Step 4: Complete the Purchasing Process

Ensure your MHEC member account is enabled with BuzzClan’s contract pricing and follow the applicable MHEC ordering instructions.

Members may optionally complete a participation agreement through the MHEC supplier page. This agreement is not mandatory.
