Client Challenge

To solve this, the client partnered with BuzzClan to implement a Birthright Matrix: an automated access control framework based on job roles and departments. The project involved consolidating HR data, creating role-based groups in Azure AD, integrating with systems such as Workday and SAP, and automating workflows using Power Automate.
