Mrs. Nidhi R. serves as the Director for Business Development & Talent Acquisition at BuzzClan. She brings strong experience in the IT industry with expertise in Business Development, Recruitment, Key Account Management, Demand Generation, Marketing & Delivery. She has extensive experience in qualifying and securing business opportunities from new accounts and selling the complete suite of solutions offered by the organization to key decision makers in both the business and information technology departments.
She is responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to achieve targets and expand our customer base. She handles the full recruitment & sales cycle for achieving targets, building and maintaining strong long-lasting customer relationships and partners with customers to understand their business needs and objectives.
She is instrumental in building the pipeline for our professional services business and building relationships with business partners to leverage our resource base. Her focus is on pre-sales, Recruitment (Professional services channel and inhouse) and helping the Delivery team to help in brand building, delivering targets & online marketing for our Customers.
