Ety Garg works as Associate Director – Talent Acquisition at BuzzClan. She leads Technology and Corporate Hiring for BuzzClan’s EU, South America & India Operations. She is responsible for all aspects of the recruitment process for the business units and meeting stakeholder demands to hire the best talent in the region. She is also responsible for helping drive the full recruitment life cycle, with a sharp focus on diversity, and continuous improvements in the quality, time to fill, and cost of hiring. She has a strong track record of developing insights and recruiting strategies that drive the employer brand and achieve talent agenda.
She is result driven Talent Acquisition and Diversity Leader with high energy and passion for sourcing and recruiting top talent. With over 12 years of extensive experience, she has handled different geographies (India, UAE, North America, South America & Europe) with diverse clientele. She has both staffing industry experience and corporate recruitment experience including international recruitment. She has led teams for large hiring projects, niche and specialty roles and executive recruitment. She has also worked onsite in UAE for 2 years and was involved in hiring for UAE government companies.
Ety holds Bachelor’s Degree in Science and Master’s degree with specialization in Human Resources and Marketing.
